Starving Cultist:

For this design, I was tasked to design the character to be deathly thin, very much skeletal. This enemy is part of a death cult that operates primarily in District 2, where food is already scarce, with most places having almost nothing at all to eat. But this Cultist starves herself on purpose, adhering to the rules of the death cult she serves. Despite this, she can fight as well as  any other person, and so I designed some weapon variations in her character sheet.
